ORDER

Can I cancel my order?


To request a cancellation please contact Customer Service at email within 24 hours and we will attempt to stop or modify the order. Once an item has been produced or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In most cases, custom, special order, and non-returnable items cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests may take several days to process and you will be sent an email upon confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?


 We ship Only in the US and Canada. However, you may contact us for other shipping to other countries.


What shipping carriers do you use?


We choose USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide. We will select the best carrier for specific countries to make sure your package arrives in time.


How long does it take to process my order?


Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 1-2 days.


How long does shipping take?


Our average shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your location. 


 



DELIVERY


How do I track my order?


We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days. Please visit this link below to track your order.


Are all my items shipped together?


It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfillment centers so sometimes your items may come with different packages.



RETURNS


• Returned within 7 days of receipt
•Must be in resalable condition
•Must not contain scratches and/or defects
•Must not have been installed
•Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
•Avoid writing on the original packaging
•Must not be missing pieces
• Closeout items cannot be returned
• Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
Refunds
• All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal about 5-7 business days.
Please contact us, if you haven’t received the email in 5-7 business days about your refund.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?


If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 15 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement
